You can return the item to our address for an exchange if you live nearby. Alternatively, you can send it by post; the shipping fees will be your responsibility. If you are outside of Turkey, there will be an additional bank transfer fee. Please note that if the product's sealed packaging is opened, it cannot be returned.

even if it’s not on our website. For available items, shipping in Türkiye takes just 3 days. For orderable items, contact us to request the album. Once it's available, we will ship it within 7 to 15 days. If you're outside Türkiye, extra shipping costs apply based on your location and delivery choice.
