Ürünü yakınsanız adresimize iade ederek değişim yapabilirsiniz. Alternatif olarak, posta yoluyla gönderebilirsiniz; kargo ücretleri size aittir. Türkiye dışındaysanız, ek bir banka transfer ücreti alınacaktır. Lütfen unutmayın ki ürünün mühürlü ambalajı açılırsa iade edilemez.

You can return the item to our address for an exchange if you live nearby. Alternatively, you can send it by post; the shipping fees will be your responsibility. If you are outside of Turkey, there will be an additional bank transfer fee. Please note that if the product's sealed packaging is opened, it cannot be returned.
